Returns
- In accordance with global retail industry standards and due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges of skincare, make-up, toiletries & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and picture/ video to be sent to alyalsshoppingcorner@gmail.com or WhatsApp +8801777447997
- Products being returned must be in the original packaging, unused and unopened, in the same condition that they were received.
Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items or exchange the items for others of equal value if they are defective, damaged or erroneously supplied.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled only up to it is in ‘Pending’ state. Once we start processing, it can not be cancelled. You will have to send us an email on alyalsshoppingcorner@gmail.com with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.
